Product Introduction  

The WE Series Milling Machine is designed for milling hard and compact road surfaces into predetermined profile shapes. It removes full layers of asphalt or concrete to prepare trenching areas, mills deteriorated road sections, and facilitates later backfilling of trenches. It is suitable for milling on horizontal, vertical, or sloped surfaces.  

Functional Features  

1. Constant Milling Depth  

The side sliding plates are mounted on the same rotating shaft as the milling drum in the form of a control axis. Regardless of ground fluctuations or the position of the attachment relative to the host machine, this attachment ensures a perfect milling plane under any conditions.  

2. Arch/Overhead Milling  

The WE Milling Machine is versatile and can operate on any surface, including vertical and sloped surfaces. For example, it can mill trenches in arched ceilings for laying cables and pipelines. When mounted on an excavator, it ensures uniform milling depth on tunnel profile surfaces.  

3. Independent Depth Adjustment  

The WE350 and WE450 models feature independent depth adjustment for both left and right sides. This allows the height of the sliding plates on opposite sides of the motor to be adjusted independently, ensuring flush progression.  

4. Load Alarm System  

Provides real-time alerts to the operator to adjust milling speed.  

5. Hydraulic Depth Adjustment  

Enables precise control of milling depth.
